Delivery will normally be made within 5 to 21 working days from clearance of payment. We will notify you by email or phone once your order has been placed of our expected delivery date to you.  Special orders or goods made to a customer’s specification can take up to 28 working days. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control.

Please note free delivery is a one-man service. Please make provision to assist the delivery driver when ordering large products or if you live in a flat where there are stairs involved to deliver to your premises. Two-man delivery is available on request but will incur extra charges, please call for details.
